All Amber items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
If willing to do so, send us an email indicating the number of your order, the name of the item(s) you want to return and the return reason for each item.
Please make sure that your return package includes:
• Return item, which must be unworn, unused, and in original perfect condition;
• Original packaging: box, certificates, tags attached (if provided) or any other packaging material.
The cost of return shipping and postage loss of any items returned to is your responsibility. We strongly advise to use a delivery service that provides postage insurance.

1.1. Deficiencies of the sold goods shall be eliminated, low-quality goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with Order No. 217 “Approval on the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items” by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania as of June 29, 2001, which is approved by the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items, except the cases when the contract cannot be terminated according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (when the contract made for the purchase of hygiene goods – bedding goods; see the information on the Public Institution Consumer Center website: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038 Peculiarities of return and exchange of non-food goods”, Item 18.). In all cases, the money for the returned items shall be transferred to the Payer’s bank account only.
1.2. In order to return the item(s) in accordance with Article 8.1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the purchased items to the Buyer, informing the Seller by the means of communication specified in the contact section and indicating the name of the goods to be returned, the order number and reasons for return.
1.3. When the Buyer returns the items, the following conditions shall be met: 8.3.1. the returned items must be in the original packaging;
1.3.2. the items must be undamaged by the Buyer;
1.3.3. the item must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (it shall have undamaged labels, protective film shall be on, etc.) (this item does not apply in case of return of defective product);
1.3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
1.3.5. when returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
1.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.3. the return procedures laid down in Article
1.5. Upon return of the wrong product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods.
1.6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer, excluding the price for delivery.
1.7 The buyer pays for the return of the returned goods to the seller.
